Meet the Counselors

The cadet club at Baldwin Street Christian Reformed Church is blessed with volunteer counselors who seek model Christian life and manhood in Bible lessons, merit badge work, handicraft projects, and outdoor activities. This web page introduces you to these counselors and tells a little about them:

John Kaashoek has been a cadet counselor for 14 years, and is the counselor of the 4th grade cadre. John has served both as the club's head counselor and the president of the Rush Creek cadet council. Currently John is serving as a Congressman from Rush Creek Council, and serves as the club expert in all things cadeting.
Tom Kunz has been a cadet counselor for 7 years. He keeps our camping trailer ship shape, and attends cadet club meetings to help out where needed. Tom works as a tool and die estimator and fabricator at Digital Tool & Die, Inc.
Paul De Windt has been a cadet counselor for 6 years, and serves as the club's head counselor. He is employed as a database administrator at the Family Research Council. If you have any questions about the club, please email Paul at the club's address.
